Breakfast at Chanel Beauty in Claremont Quarter

Spring has touched the Chanel Beauty boutique in Claremont Quarter and they’re ready to see you bright and early on a Sunday morning!

I popped by last week for a makeup demonstration and brunch in the store with a group of amazing women who are also a little bit in love with everything Chanel. The one person who I know loves Chanel the most would have to be Lissy Graham. She hosted the morning and told us her story of how she became to love the Chanel brand and what it means to her.

We also listened to Nicholas speak about his own relationship with Chanel and how it was intwined in his life growing up. He’s an absolute expert on the Chanel fragrances and can pick up every single note. Nicholas has travelled the world, visiting each of the places related to the Chanel fragrances, exploring the stories behind them and seeing some beautiful aspects of Gabrielle’s life.

Chanel definitely wasn’t a part of my own upbringing and my mother doesn’t wear it but I can appreciate how the cult designer has enriched so many peoples lives with memories and moments. Grateful for the life I live now, maybe I could bring some Chanel into my life and create some of my own much-loved memories with the brand. Maybe I just stumbled across a gift idea for my Mum!
