How to Style Croc Print with Charles and Keith

Croc Print is making a comeback

And I’m not mad about it.

I am so happy with the return of croc print, strappy sandals and retro shapes in bags and shoes. I have loved so many retro styles since I was very young but it was never considered to look good. I still owned a few retro pieces but you can bet I was afraid to wear them.

I’m definitely not afraid to walk out in these new pieces by Charles and Keith. They encompass everything good about the retro styles that were loved, with a touch of something modern - making them wearable today and easily styled with your outfit whether it’s an on-trend look or you’re going full 70’s/80’s. Not to mention, it’s all faux.

Where to get the best work bag?

Pick this one and take a walk on the wild side! It’s called the Croc Effect Structured Tote Bag and I chose the shade dark brown. Paired with Pointed Slingback Heels, you can’t go wrong.

We all know that animal print has made a massive comeback recently, especially the classic leopard print and snakeskin. I never thought those prints could ever look good on anyone, ever. Yet here we are with at least three silky leopard skirts in every 20-something’s wardrobe, leopard print heels and a snakeskin dress. As everyone catches onto these trending prints and all of the clothing stores release their own versions of that silky skirt, we look forward to see what’s next in line.

I’m taking my bets on crocodile print. It looks classic, polished and can be professional looking or on-trend. You’ve probably seen the croc-effect boots floating around already and yes if you’re waiting for a sign to buy them, here it is.

Black Croc-Effect Bag and Strappy Sandals, a 90’s dream

Now I’m not saying that wearing head-to-toe crocodile print is the greatest way to ring in the new year… Unless that’s your thing, then you do you boo.

It’s easy to dabble in what you think could be trending soon with a bag in that print or fabric. Even explore more styling options with a belt or boots if you want to make the most of croc-print while it’s here.

I already LOVE croc-print in dark brown, so I looked to the black croc-print with this Black Structured Croc-Effect Bag. It’s won me over, especially with the red detailing on the internal sections! It feels so luxe and easy to style up a simple dress. Add some much-loved strappy heels and you’ll look like you’ve stepped out of a previous decade.
